We offer a 10-week KRAV MAGA introduction class in English and German. This is your chance to get started with realistic self defense training in Basel.
The first lesson will be free so you can get a fist impression of our training methods.
During this introduction lesson we will provide you some basic theoretical background on self defense, violence and strategies to deal with it. We will talk about deescalation and prevention. Also, we will teach some basic striking techniques and show you how to cover and protect your head in case of an aggression.
